Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BasketCase. However, if you are not, the following guidelines have been established to make returning products to us quick and easy.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items received after that will not be accepted (Certain products in our store come with a longer warranty and may be exchanged at any time within the warranty period).

Please do not wear any of the merchandise and keep all tags on. We reserve the right to refuse any return based on the quality of merchandise received or the seasonality of it. The original itemized receipt must accompany all items being exchanged. Refunds will be credited in the same manner in which the item was purchased, minus any applicable shipping charges.

Please be aware that certain items are not returnable. We will not accept any returns on food items, pierced earrings, or lingerie. All monogrammed items, personalized items, and special orders are not returnable and once ordered, cannot be cancelled or altered.
